Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grille ($$$$)

Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay brings his passion for bold and innovative Southwestern flair to Mesa Grill with his acclaimed New York flagship restaurant. Open for lunch and dinner, and designed by renowned restaurant designer, David Rockwell, the open space features rich and vibrant colors and textures that are reminiscent of the American Southwest. A dramatic 20-foot tall rotisserie sits atop the restaurant and provides diners with the tantalizing smell of perfectly roasted meat and poultry.

Chef Flay developed his signature style of cuisine by marrying the flavors of southwest with his love of grilling. On his men, he presents tongue-tingling dishes like New Mexican Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin, Ancho Chile Rubbed Chicken and Mango and Spice Crusted Tuna.

Specializing in dry-aged prime beef, tender chops, fresh fish and seafood, Neros is much more than just a steak house - although the steaks are superb. Each cut of Black Angus USDA certified prime beef provided by Creekstone Farms is dry-aged off-site for a minimum of 28 days before being transported to the restaurant for preparation. In addition to the beef, guests can also order dry-aged Strauss veal and Colorado lamb chops.

The multi-level Caribbean-themed entertainment venue offers two outdoor patios overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, a nautical-themed restaurant, five distinctive bars, live entertainment nightly (both indoors and outdoors) and a 3,000-square-foot retail store.

The menu reflects the flavors of Jimmy Buffett's island travels. Entrees include a grilled sirloin steak topped with Hawaiian butter, served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. For those who prefer seafood, fresh fish is offered daily including Mahi Mahi, Salmon and Tilapia. Fish may be grilled or blackened with a choice of sauces such as fresh pineapple salsa, Hawaiian butter and Jerk barbecue.

Named after Toby's hit single "I Love This Bar," this exciting venue has it all — a full restaurant and bar, music videos, and a stage area with live bands! The fun continues on the casino floor, where you'll find the Toby Keith pit! Feisty dealers with attitude make a unique experience as players try their luck at blackjack and casino war. The Toby Keith pit is open from 12 pm to 4 am nightly.
