Sponsorships are made available on a first come/first served basis through submission of NGA’s Sponsor/Exhibitor Agreement. You will be contacted if your selected sponsorship opportunity has already been confirmed. $7,500 Platinum Sponsorship Level - An Exclusive Opportunity

Each $1,000 Sponsorship Includes These Benefits:

  • One complimentary full-Conference registration including meals and materials

  • An acknowledgement on the Conference website

  • Your logo displayed in your breakout room

  • Acknowledgement from the podium in your breakout session.

Note: The $1,000 level of sponsorship does not include a free exhibit package.

$500 General Meeting Sponsor (Multiple Opportunities)

Each $500 General Sponsor will be acknowledged on signage, in printed materials distributed at the Conference, and in a general listing on the Conference website. Note: General Meeting Sponsorship does not include a Conference registration or a free exhibit space.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sponsor benefits apply as stipulated above provided that full information and a commitment for payment are received by NGA no later than Tuesday, September 1, 2009, unless an earlier commitment date is otherwise noted. Sponsor is responsible for providing an electronic/digital copy of the company logo for use on the website, on Sponsor signage, and in other acknowledgements.
