Peter Santini, M.Ed, NCG

Peter Q. Santini is employed by the Pima County Public Fiduciary in Tucson, Arizona as Case Investigator Supervisor and has worked for the Public Fiduciary since February 1993.

Peter graduated from Lynchburg College in Virginia with a BA in Sociology and an M. Ed in counseling.. His work has concentrated on elderly issues since 1980. For the past 23 years Peters has practiced as a professional fiduciary in several capacities.

Peter has served on various boards including the Arizona Fiduciaries Association, the National Guardianship Association (NGA), the Mental Health and Elder law Section of the Arizona State Bar and the faculty for the Arizona Supreme Court Professional Fiduciary Certification Program.

Peter is recognized as a National Registered Guardian through the NGA Center for Guardianship Certification, holds a certificate as a Certified Private Fiduciary in the state of Arizona, serves on the Attorney General’s Stop Abuse & Financial Exploitation of Elderly (SAFEE) Task Force and the Pima County Death Analysis Review Team (PC DART).

Peter has presented internationally on fiduciary issues.
