Who Have Issues in Multiple Jurisdictions

A discussion of two case situations that illustrate
granny snatches and transfer battles. Panelists will explain

Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act (UAGPPJA) would alter
the outcome of such cases and make disputes easier to resolve,
less costly for the litigants, and provide the courts and
practitioners more orderly process for resolving disputes. |
