The National Guardianship Association is comprised of a diverse group of guardianship practitioners and allied professionals across the United States. Inquiries into local guardianship practice and procedure and about specific cases should be directed to local courts and to guardianship practitioners located in that particular community. A list of NGA members is posted by state and city on the NGA website at Find a Guardian.

Additionally, in the event of the need for third-party guardianship services, contact may be made with a guardian in your area by using NGA's Find a Guardian Listings

The NGA encourages family members and professionals to join the National Guardianship Association so that they may receive periodic updates on guardianship issues and developments around the country. To join the NGA, you may click on NGA Membership.

NGA appreciates your interest in guardianship issues and we welcome your membership. However, it is not our role to intervene in specific guardianship cases or issues.

Please do not call the NGA business office seeking legal advice or direction concerning a specific case. If you require help, we encourage you to identify competent professionals to assist you with your concerns and do suggest that you identify a practitioner in the "Find a Guardian" section of the NGA website that serves your area of interest.
